About the role

Lead Residential Plumber / Plumbing Division Lead is responsible for overseeing residential plumbing projects and ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential plumbing projects from start to finish
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Train and mentor junior plumbers
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate effectively with clients and other contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Plumbing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid State License as a Plumber
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in plumbing codes and regulations
• Experience with residential plumbing systems
• Knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
