About the role
ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC of Lake Mary, FL is seeking a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer - Installation Technician.
Responsibilities
- Can deliver the most efficient and high-quality customer experiences in residential HVAC installations.
- Collaborate and lead to help shape and grow the company's future.
- Work with approachable and responsible leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered).
- Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed.
- Clean driving record.
- Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
- The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- NATE and EPA certifications are a plus!
