Great opportunity to become part of our dynamic team!!** The Property Management Lead Technician, with the leadership of the BARC Developmental Service's Property Management Supervisor, is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for BARC Residential Homes and Production Service facilities, Located in Bucks County area, including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, and masonry work at multiple sites. Requirements Education equivalent to high school education Three years previous experience in general maintenance required Skills+ Knowledge should include strong experience in major areas of: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing, masonry work + HVAC Valid driver's license with good driving record required Good troubleshooting skills needed. Heavy lifting and ladder work required Includes Paid snow plowing responsibilities/equipment provided The Maintenance Technician generally works daytime hours and is based at either BARC's Quakertown or Warminster facility. $1500.00 Sign on Bonus, Full benefits and Paid Holidays!
