About the Role
Trewon is seeking a Lead Requirements Analyst to support our Federal Government client. The Lead Requirements Analyst functions as the technical lead for requirements development, analysis, management, and documentation, ensuring the successful execution of all processes and deliverables under the task order. The role involves collaborating with Government personnel, leading a small team, managing performance, and overseeing requirements development activities while ensuring compliance with established processes, documentation standards, and evolving mission requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team and collaborate with Government personnel to manage performance and oversee requirements development activities.
- Provide requirements development, analysis, management, and documentation services at the baseline level of activity.
- For elevated levels of activity, continue providing development, analysis, management, and documentation services while coordinating the delivery of these services by other contract personnel.
- Ensure compliance with established processes, documentation standards, and evolving mission requirements.
- Develop, format, proof, edit/revise, produce, and publish Requirements and/or Enterprise Architecture (EA) documents in accordance with compliance documents.
- Attend on-site meetings in-person and travel to Government sites for meetings as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing, analyzing, and managing requirements.
- At least 2 years of experience using LAUNCH PAD, including developing customized reports and dataset export queries, and proficiency in creating and using LAUNCH PAD eXtensible Language (DXL) scripts to manage multiple datasets.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with LAUNCH PAD, including entering and changing requirements, traceability, creating standard requirement and traceability reports, and exporting requirement datasets.
- Proficient writing skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Proficient in using standard workstations and software (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Zip Files, and Adobe Acrobat Pro).
- Technical degree with at least 2 years of experience in Requirements and/or EA development, analysis, management, and/or documentation.
Qualifications
- BS/BA or higher degree; applicable major preferred.
- Must have and maintain a U.S. government SECRET security clearance.
Schedule
- Fully onsite, five days per week.
- Core working hours: 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Mandatory 30-minute meal break.
