Requirements
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license (required)
- Certifications: Current BLS certification (required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections
- Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
- Passion for wellness and patient care
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to compliance and continuous learning
- Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
