Lead Recruiter /Senior Recruiter /Recruitment Manager (State Government Projects)

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Massachusetts with a strong track record supporting State Government clients staffing programs.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with MUST have some experience in State government staffing ideally with State of MA projects
• Extensive experience supporting State Government clients, contracts, and requisitions
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with IT, professional, or administrative staffing is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality candidates within deadlines
• Strong understanding of compliance and government hiring processes
