Lead Recruiter /Senior Recruiter /Recruitment Manager (State Government Projects)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Massachusetts with a strong track record supporting State Government clients staffing programs. Key Requirements:• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with MUST Have some experience in State government staffing ideally with State of MA projects.• Extensive experience supporting State Government clients, contracts, and requisitions• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder communication skills• Experience with IT, professional, or administrative staffing is a plus• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality candidates within deadlines• Strong understanding of compliance and government hiring processes Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid/Can be remote for Great fit) Role: Senior Recruiter/Lead Recruiter Focus: State Government / Public Sector Staffing If you have strong State Government recruiting experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
