Lead Recruiter - PSFS

Function

• Building and maintaining client relationships within assigned verticals.
• Sourcing, qualifying, and presenting candidates for direct hire roles.
• Negotiating offers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to team success.
• Achieving and exceeding placement and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of agency recruiting experience (full desk preferred).
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
