Lead Recovery Support Navigator

Job Responsibilities

• Leads RSN workers in navigating resources and service interventions.
• Manages service waitlist
• Sets up cases and coordinates intakes
• Collaborates with Patient Access team and identifies call volume trends
• Manages RSN timekeeping system
• Reviews productivity reports with RSN workers and leads changes needed.
• Completes end of day authorization and charge reconciliation, ensuring that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Absorbs a limited individual case load, obtains initial prior authorization from the insurance company (if needed), and completes a comprehensive needs assessment of the client.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or related human services field required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to satisfy BILH BS approved driver policy.
• LADC/CADC preferred.
