Schedule

  • Day Shift, Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
  • Day Shift, Tuesday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirements
  • Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules and conduct quality audits
  • Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
  • Schedule and conduct the new hire onboarding process, assign all new employees to the correct training roles, and audit all onboarding training requirements for completion
  • Manage the QMS Employee Training Manager system and create customized system reports as needed
  • Conduct hands-on training of employees on operational standards and procedures
  • Record operational proficiencies aligned with skill assessments
  • Organize and execute a process for maintaining, filing, and storing all training records; both in hard copy and electronic formats
  • Document non-conformance, observations and recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare and present quality audit and training status reports to management

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • High degree of computer literacy with Google tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to mentor and coach employees
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work well with people at all levels of the organization
  • Able to work independently and as part of a diverse team of trainers & auditors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read standard operating procedures and conduct hands-on training of employees as needed

This job requires the ability to:

  • Lift up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Sit and stand for extended periods of time, and work in an office, warehouse, or data center environment
  • Safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, twist, squat, and kneel

Qualifications

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role with supervisory responsibilities
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience as a quality auditor in a related industry
  • Working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems
