About the role

As a Lead Teacher, you'll inspire children to become lifelong learners through fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. You'll promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and serve as an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards. You'll also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child's achievement and your center's success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
