Lead QMAP

About the role

We are seeking a talented and team-oriented Lead Qmap to join our Balfour - Louisville community. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect, and a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with simple requests as needed
• Serve as supervisor or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation, and other activities
• Provide companionship and develop strong resident relations
• Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures
• Document care provided to residents consistently
• Provide input to ensure that resident individual service plans are up-to-date
• Review 24-hour reports and care checklists regularly
• Pass medications as required

Requirements

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• High school education or GED equivalent preferred

Qualifications

• First Aid certification and CPR, if required
• Must meet state training requirements and/or certifications
• Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) if required
• PCA if required

Pay

$19.00- $22.00 per hour

Schedule

FT and PT positions available for Day, Evening, or NOC shifts. Required to work either Saturday or Sunday.
