Job Description
To plan and manage transportation of Pass through orders to US customers according to incoterms. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
- Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
- Work with vendors to coordinate the timing and means of delivery.
- Find solutions to budget limitations, vendor errors, and other problems as they arise.
- Tracks and expedites orders to ensure delivery schedules are met.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and team mindset skills
- Proficient knowledge and usage of computers, MS Office Applications (MS Excel including spreadsheets, graphs, functions and advanced applications.)
- Customer interface management experience
- Financial aspects (cost components, margins)
- Understanding of project milestones
- Risk management
- Ability to motivate team & other stakeholders
- Result oriented
- Strong customer relations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Adaptability toward changing priorities
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in Transmission industry and managing exports is desirable

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Business and Project Management with a minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field (or associate degree with at least 6 years of experience in logistics, project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field)

Pay
The pay range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $145,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
