Logistics Management Specialist- On Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of personnel supporting logistics operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding contract performance and operational activities.
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain and sustainment initiatives.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop, update, and execute supply chain strategies and implementation plans.
• Apply life-cycle logistics principles to improve operational efficiency and mission readiness.
• Utilize strategic sourcing methodologies to optimize supply chain performance.
• Monitor contract performance, staffing continuity, and service delivery.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies, and security procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance logistics operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of Air Force supply chain management experience; ten (10) or more years preferred for leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with life-cycle logistics, strategic sustainment, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
• Active Secret Security Clearance (no interim).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
