Lead Project Construction and EPC Planner & Scheduler

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling processes
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects
• Lead meetings to validate project scope and deliver schedules
• Ensure schedules reflect project scope, execution strategy, and internal standards
• Proactively monitor project timelines and suggest corrective actions as needed
• Perform critical path analysis and support delay claims when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• 5 years of experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling within an EPC environment
• 3 years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with forensic planning and EOT claims
• Understanding of power plant principles and EPC work processes

Pay

$100,000 – $166,700 annually
