Lead, Program Finance (Pricing)
Essential Functions
Act as the subject matter expert for financial metrics within their proposals, providing management with an early warning of potential estimating system compliance issues, identifying risks and offering solutions.
Aid contracts and program management in the development of proposal cash flows, and ROS Analysis.
Educate and lead proposal analysts, and proposal teams through the proposal process.
Help develop briefings for Executive Gate 3 Proposal Reviews.
Inform PMO and bidders with internal processes and procedures on proposal pricing.
Provide leadership and mentorship to pricing professionals.
Communicate within and outside the organization to explain and influence changes to practices and processes.
Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior program finance experience.
Preferred Additional Skills
- A broad experience and understanding with business financial management techniques including government and commercial contracts, earned value analysis, cost analysis, financial planning, cash flow, progress payments and billing milestones.
- Experience with ProPricer Advanced experience with Excel and other MS OFFICE tools.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environment.
- Experience with creating financial forecasts.
- DoD contractor experience preferred.
