About the role
The Assured Mission Networks Division is seeking a Program Finance Lead responsible for managing the financial control of a critical program in Melbourne, FL.
Responsibilities
- Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration
- Develop quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
- Evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist
- Develop and review of time-phased budgets; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances; investigation of financial irregularities; financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecast
- Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance
- Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people of all levels within the organization
- Proactive problem-solving and issue resolution with limited supervision
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Good organizational skills and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Preferred: 2-5 years of experience with Hyperion, Peoplesoft & Queries. 6+ years of experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting, Strong interpersonal and leadership skills set, including the capability to interface and present with internal and external customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders. Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization. Self-starter with ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. Good organizational skills and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
