Basic Qualifications

Active Interim Secret security clearance required prior to start.

Experience in Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) operations.

Experience in writing and executing test procedures in an Assembly, Test, Launch Operations (ATLO), or production environment.

Willingness and ability to present technical information to senior customers and Lockheed Martin executives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Execute integration and test activities within an Assembly, Integration, and Test environment to verify system performance and readiness.

Create, develop, and maintain test procedures that support system integration and vehicle delivery.

Support documentation control, configuration tracking, release processes, and government submittals.

Capture and coordinate daily integration and test activities across multiple internal and external disciplines.

Obtain certification and perform duties as a Certified Test Conductor / Test Engineer, supporting system integration and verification efforts.

Desired Skills

Prior certification as a Certified Test Conductor, Certified Principal Engineer, or industry equivalent.

Experience with, or willingness to learn, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).

Background testing weapon systems in a production or operational environment.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and requirements.

Experience in or adjacent to manufacturing engineering or test engineering, including hardware integration and test flows.

Proven success working on cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.

Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space systems tools (e.g., SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework) or similar industry tools.

Hands-on experience with basic laboratory equipment (power supplies, multimeters, signal analyzers, etc.).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, program leadership, and engineering teams.
