Lead Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Gather and analyze business and customer requirements.
• Translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.
• Define product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs and product performance after release.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security, and risk requirements.
• Coordinate UAT and production releases.
• Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.

Requirements

Experience in payments, digital banking, lending, wallets, or financial platforms is highly preferred.
