Lead Product Owner

Location: 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC

About the role

This Lead Product Owner position will be part of the Strategy, Analysis and Design team for Treasury data management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Program Backlog.
• Identify customer needs, document requirements/features, and prioritize Epics/Features.
• Collaborate closely with the design team on solution architecture and provide business support.
• Support the Product Owner (PO) on the feature team.
• Maintain PI objectives created by teams during PI Planning and map them to iteration goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of deep financial domain expertise, specifically in Treasury Products: DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing, and Trade Finance.
• Understanding of the Treasury Value Chain.
• Proficient in articulating business problems and technical solutions, with the ability to influence decision-makers in a large organization.
• Skilled in eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, and developing technical/system flows.
• Comfortable reviewing technical designs, providing feedback, and confirming alignment to desired capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Master Data Management Principles and Applications.
• Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting.
• Experience supporting technical delivery in Agile Methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively—both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Business analyst experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA and design tools.
• Strong experience in the data technology space, with an understanding of data constructs and technologies.
• Experience supporting technical delivery in Agile Methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Pay

Pay Range: $74–$76 per hour. The final pay range offered will be based on factors such as education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
