About the role
The Role: Lead Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of product features and experiences that increase user activation and engagement.
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve key growth metrics.
- Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30 day user experience.
- Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various teams, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and effective communication of product vision and progress.
- Own the quality of the product and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality to deliver best in class products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch.
- Experience with retail-focused products.
- Experience with design team collaboration, usability testing, and gathering user analytics.
- Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines.
- Affinity for teamwork-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or retail banking preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with: Cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain technology, Financial technology, such as exchanges or trading platforms, Fast-paced startup environment.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $168,000 - $240,000 in the State of New York. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
