Lead Product Manager

Description Hybrid 3 days onsite in McLean, VA Our client seeks a Lead Product Manager to support Discover integration within a Risk Management Product team. The role focuses on building data products for Anti Money Laundering, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, and Credit and Financial Risk Management. The Product Manager will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams, as well as Discover stakeholders, to define the roadmap and detailed requirements that converge risk products and processes to a unified destination state. The position requires close partnership with end users, strong data familiarity, and effective upstream and downstream stakeholder management. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Engage end users to build and maintain the integration roadmap for Risk Management products.Partner with data analysts and engineers to define detailed requirements and timelines for integration milestones.Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize backlogs and implement data pipelines.Manage downstream and upstream stakeholders across AML, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, and Credit and Financial Risk functions.Coordinate with Discover and existing product teams to align on destination-state architecture and processes.Facilitate short, focused discovery and project review sessions to validate scope and dependencies. Experience Requirements Proven product management experience delivering data-centric capabilities.Requirements development and roadmap management.Data analysis and systems analysis with comfort working with datasets and pipelines.Experience collaborating with engineering teams and prioritizing iterative delivery.Financial services experience preferred.Former Capital One experience preferred.
