About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Manager, ROI and Reporting based in the United States. This is a high-impact product leadership opportunity focused on transforming operational data into clear, actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Own reporting capabilities end-to-end, using customer research, data, competitive intelligence, and market analysis to define product strategy and improve how customers access and consume operational insights.
- Evolve reporting and analytics products from frontline management use cases to broader enterprise audiences, including operations leaders, finance teams, and EHS stakeholders.
- Own the product-level ROI narrative, partnering with pre-sales and post-sales teams to understand how customers measure progress against North Star metrics and developing capabilities that support those outcomes.
- Drive a balanced roadmap of major innovations and smaller quality-of-life improvements that increase product value and strengthen the ability to win and expand enterprise accounts.
- Partner directly with sales teams on strategic opportunities, helping translate complex product capabilities for senior buyers and contributing to the closure of large deals.
- Lead and inspire designers and engineers around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap while defining success through measurable KPIs and business outcomes.
- Navigate complex dependencies across data, infrastructure, and platform teams while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and practical delivery.
- Help shape emerging AI-powered and natural-language experiences that make sophisticated operational insights easier to access and understand.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience in platform, infrastructure, data, or technically adjacent products, ideally within an enterprise-focused organization.
- Proven experience building customer-facing analytics, reporting, or data products, with enough knowledge of data modeling and pipelines to collaborate credibly with data and infrastructure engineers.
- Strong ability to navigate cross-functional data dependencies, define upstream requirements, and connect technical decisions to measurable downstream customer outcomes.
- Experience working directly with sales organizations as a product moves from SMB or mid-market customers toward Enterprise, including participation in strategic deals and engagement with senior buyers.
- Demonstrated success expanding a product’s audience from operational end users to senior and cross-functional stakeholders such as operations, finance, and EHS leaders.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to make effective scope trade-offs on dependency-heavy initiatives and determine when to ship focused solutions versus more comprehensive experiences.
- Able to inspire and align multidisciplinary teams around a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap while connecting execution to KPIs and broader business objectives.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with the credibility to collaborate effectively from individual contributors through executive leadership.
- Strong pattern recognition and pragmatic product judgment, with the ability to adapt proven solutions to new contexts without over-engineering.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
- Retirement benefits and paid time off.
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility across eligible locations.
- Opportunity to work on products serving more than 13,000 customers and supporting complex industrial and frontline operations.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale reporting, analytics, AI-powered insights, and operational technology.
- Opportunity to influence how organizations measure and communicate the business value of digital transformation.
- Collaborative environment with close partnerships across product, engineering, design, data, sales, and go-to-market teams.
- Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity.
