Lead Product Manager Remote Assistance

Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own remote assistance product strategy and execution for the company’s platform
• Define the complete remote assistance system and its operational components
• Build a scalable platform that integrates multiple partner and regional requirements
• Collaborate with engineering on system interfaces and real-time support requirements
• Design operator workflows with operations teams for daily execution
• Establish metrics for evaluating safety, quality, and response effectiveness
• Communicate product strategy and performance risks to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management for complex, technical products
• Expertise in autonomy, robotics, or real-time operational systems
• Strong product judgment with a track record of translating complex problems into clear product requirements
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and safety teams
• Familiarity with real-time decision-making systems, including human-in-the-loop operations
• Proven ability to define success metrics and prioritize project roadmaps

Pay

$216,000 – $240,000 annually
