Job Title: Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the narrative for document understanding and architect the product roadmap for LlamaIndex's core offerings.
• Bridge the gap between developer innovation and enterprise needs, personally test-driving products and fostering deep relationships with the community to ensure LlamaIndex remains the standard for AI data orchestration.
• Drive the product vision and strategy by defining and executing the roadmap for core developer-centric innovations and enterprise tools.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial ideation to launch, iterating rapidly based on direct user feedback and technical data insights.
• Act as a technical evangelist, representing LlamaIndex at conferences and community events while building strong relationships with enterprise users.

Requirements

• Bring 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of owning developer-facing tools or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Possess deep technical aptitude regarding APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows, with a strong passion for staying ahead of AI/ML trends.
• Demonstrate a consultative, customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, design, and sales teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
