About the role
You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to define requirements, navigate constraints, rapidly explore ideas, and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
- Distill insights from customer conversations, product metrics, and research into actionable recommendations that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end design process for product features, from research and concept development through wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and polished final experiences.
- Use modern AI-native workflows to bring ideas to life quickly, including prototyping in Claude Code and pushing to GitHub to enable interactive concepts that align closer to production.
- Leverage generative AI tools such as Figma AI, Cursor, Claude, and GPT to accelerate ideation, generate design variations, and create high-quality mockups and prototypes.
- Develop, test, and refine effective prompts and prompt-chaining approaches to produce strong design explorations, working prototypes, and functional outcomes.
- Partner in shaping product priorities by helping inform backlog decisions, clarifying scope, and contributing to the on-time delivery of high-quality releases.
- Communicate design vision and user-centered solutions to leadership through clear storytelling that builds alignment, informs decisions, and drives execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years or Master’s degree plus 3 years of design experience in product or UX design within a cross-functional organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
- An outstanding online portfolio showcasing design artifacts, processes, strong design acumen, and clear storytelling. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Experience designing and delivering user-facing products. Bonus points for experience in B2B or advertising technology.
- Proficiency in UX design and user research with experience using tools such as Figma, Fullstory, Pendo, or Miro. Experience with AI tools (Figma Make, NotebookLM, Cursor, Claude Tools) is a plus.
- Strong technical background and data acumen, including how data is ingested, structured, filtered, and processed. Bonus points for experience with AI, APIs, segmentation products, or SQL.
- Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and consistently deliver work of high craft and quality, maintaining consistency even with limited guidance.
Pay
The approximate annual base compensation range is $158,500 to $208,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geography, and internal equity.
