Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality, scalable Medicaid Drug Rebate applications that provide best-in-class user experience for both customers and employees.
- Lead efforts to work with development and product teams to optimize complex workflows while creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that elevate usability and reinforce a consistent, trusted brand.
- Focus on product and process optimization, leveraging automation and technology to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies, creating cost efficiencies.
- Support the drug rebate solution for state clients in maintenance and operations.
- Provide drug rebate solution and business process expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain drug rebate solution standards across implementations and maintenance and operations.
- Collaborate with other stakeholder groups across the company’s Pharmacy enterprise, including but not limited to Point of Sale, Claims, Encounter, and Finance teams, data integration and conversion teams, reporting and interface teams, IT and infrastructure teams, leadership, and operations teams.
- Work with product development teams and senior designers in developing design requirements that are accurate and relevant to company needs.
- Recommends alternative courses of action as appropriate to meet requirement needs.
- Develops and provides technical documentation, participates and oversees test-plan development, integration and deployment.
- Affords assistance in overseeing business process work sessions, project meetings and joint applications development sessions to ensure that product design decisions are communicated to departmental personnel.
- Functions as a domain expert and works closely with software developers to explain the application design.
- Performs ad-hoc database queries and analysis to support client business needs.
- Creates trend analysis, forecasts, impact, and root cause analysis to support client fiscal initiatives and policy change evaluations.
- Supports client relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting State or Federal reporting, with healthcare or Medicaid drug rebate experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including trend analysis, forecasting, impact assessments, root cause analysis, and developing insights to support client fiscal initiatives.
- Intermediate experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases, including querying, data models, and reporting; SSRS experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel expertise, including Power Pivot and DAX measures; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Experience gathering and managing client requirements, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis into effective reports and presentations, and applying strong problem-solving skills for solution design, testing, and defect resolution.

- College degree or equivalent experience.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
Schedule
Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States. Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%). Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.
