Lead Processing Specialist

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversight of all activities within assigned areas.
• Response to escalations.
• Processing title paperwork.
• Scanning documents.
• Verifying daily title reports.
• Managing license plate inventory.
• Answering general questions via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintaining records, filing systems, and computer files.
• Photocopying documents.
• Opening, sorting, and entering data for daily orders.
• Shipping and receiving duties.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 20 lbs.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• General accounting experience or working with numbers.
• Computer experience – MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills, including telephone skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Supportive in a team environment.
• Strong data entry experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
• High School Diploma/GED.
