About the role
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the OCI Compute product management team, driving strategic initiatives around next-generation accelerators (GPUs and beyond). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of infrastructure strategy and product execution — you'll be the connective tissue between market trends, evolving AI/ML compute workloads, and OCI's investment roadmap, working out of our Nashville, TN or Seattle, WA office in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Track and interpret shifts in the AI accelerator landscape (GPUs, custom silicon, emerging architectures) to shape where, when, and how OCI invests
- Partner closely with engineering, hardware partners, and executive leadership to define product strategy and roadmap for accelerator-based compute offerings
- Translate fast-moving industry and customer trends into clear, actionable product decisions
- Serve as a primary communicator to senior leadership — written narratives, roadmap reviews, and strategic updates are a core part of the role
- Collaborate cross-functionally across networking, storage, and Kubernetes/orchestration teams to ensure accelerator initiatives integrate cleanly into the broader OCI compute stack
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- 12+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in direct product management
- Strong technical grounding in GPU/accelerator fundamentals, compute cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and Kubernetes
- Ability to move fluidly between deep technical discussions with engineering and high-level strategic conversations with leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
Pay
US Hiring Range: $119,200 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
