Lead Principal Product Manager

The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced and motivated Principal Product Manager to work with internal and external customers to deliver best‑in‑class service at scale, advancing Capacity Management Tooling for Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategy and technical requirements to improve integrated controls, enable unified visibility, and deliver monitoring enhancements with full API and automation support.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and interact with Service teams to verify goals and objectives.
• Prioritize initiatives through strong communication and organizational skills.
• Address a broad range of technical and product requirements from internal and external sources, determining appropriate paths forward.
• Understand technical dependencies of services while applying an aptitude for the customer experience.
• Help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities and provide insights and direction to leadership.

Requirements

• Passion for product management with strong experience in platform capabilities, user interfaces, APIs, capacity management, and productizing features.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader, defining requirements and key metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with internal and external product teams, support organizations, and executive stakeholders across all forms of communication.
