Lead Preschool Teacher

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements
- Experience as an infant teacher
- Flexible and available during business hours
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field
- Previous preschool lead teacher experience (required)
- Classroom management skills (preferred)

- Collaborate with fellow teachers to craft an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
- Share daily updates with parents, highlighting their child’s progress and wins
- Guide play with toys, language, and activities to spark curiosity and safety
- Design a daily routine mixing quiet snuggles, active play, and motor-skill development
