Lead Preschool Teacher

About the role

Welcome to the future of Early Childhood Education! We are looking for full-time Educators to join our team at Building Kidz of Columbia!

Responsibilities

• Lead Teacher for our 2 year old preschool class
• Create a positive, productive, and rewarding environment for students
• Implement the proprietary PA and LTLE curriculums
• Prepare nutritious meals or snacks for enrolled children
• Ensure children exceed academic expectations of elementary schools

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• At least 1 year of experience in an early childhood program
• 45 hour Preschool certification required
• 90 hour certification (Growth and Development/Methods and Materials) Preferred
• Associates Degree preferred
• CDA preferred
• Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR training
• Willingness to complete additional pre-service trainings as needed

Pay and Schedule

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
