What You’ll Do

• Create the Magic: Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom
• Dig In: Bring our active learning curriculum to life
• Lead the Way: Guide playful activities indoors and out
• Cultivate Growth: Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Own It: Partner with your team to maintain high licensing and Sunrays safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• A High School Diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR
• NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC OR
• 12 total credits (6 in ECE) & 6 months child experience OR
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a closely related field (no experience necessary)
• - AND
• CPR/First Aid certification & AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strength & Agility: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day

Compensation

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
