Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the educational experience.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool/Pre-K or early childhood setting.
- Valid state teaching license or certification in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Passion for working with young children and their families.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Pay
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
