Lead PR08 Debone L1 (2nd Shift) - Berry St Plant

Pay: $19.20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with paperwork and maintain overall productivity of the line
• Fill in for breaks and cover absences as needed, requiring knowledge of all line jobs
• Support the supervisor in overall line operations
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Operate all necessary equipment to ensure proper product flow
• Maintain USC paperwork during production
• Report safety violations, deficient quality, or quantity of work to the supervisor for corrective measures
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

• Pallet jack certified with required safety training
• 3 months of food industry production experience within the last 2 years (can be combined from multiple employers)
• Must be able to identify product for proper storage, retrieval, and accurate data recording
• On-the-job training and pallet jack certification required
• 180-day (6-month) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members
• Maximum of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for rehire
• Willing and able to perform physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
• Background check required for certain roles

Work Environment

• Inside facility with noisy conditions
• Wet floors and wet working conditions
• Adequate lighting
• Moving objects, mechanical, and electrical hazards
• Exposure to sanitizing solutions and sanitizers
