Qualifications

• 10+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Experience utilizing CCaaS or Omnichannel.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with hands-on development in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
• Strong project management proficiency, capable of guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating technical details for a non-technical audience.
• Mentorship and skill development programs offered by CapTech.

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, total relevant experience, job level, and geographic location. The base pay range for this role is: $135,000 - $200,000.
