Requirements Proven experience implementing Forward, Push Pull, PSFB, and LLC topologiesExpertise in 500W-10kW power range systemsProficiency with both digital and analog-based controllersHands-on experience with GaN devicesHigh reliability systems design experience requiredAltium Designer proficiencyAdvanced circuit simulation skillsSpace experience encouraged but not requiredWilling to relocate to Santa Cruz, CA What Success Looks Like Deliver tested engineering modules from customer request in under 6 monthsSub-1 month iteration cycle: identify root causes, implement changes, manufacture PCBA, and start new revisionContinuously improve Sunburn processes and workflows to reduce iteration cycle time, increase reliability, and decrease delivery time Culture: Must believe that the future of humanity is in the stars.
