About the role
Ownership and execution of the NPI and NTI programs (CCS MCS chargers).
Responsibilities
- End customer and supplier collaboration, lead team.
- Program requirement development.
- Competitive study and analysis.
- Coordinate across SW, HW, Validation, Field support, Product support, commercial, purchasing, Product safety and compliance, etc.
- Supplier down selection and coordination.
- Product design, development and validation.
- Product commissioning and technical support to field team, issue resolutions.
- DFMEA, PFMEA.
- Requirement detailing as per applicable standards.
- Validation planning, coordination and execution.
