Lead Power Distribution Design Engineer

The Project Operations Team provides comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services throughout the entire project lifecycle. Our team specializes in handling both greenfield and brownfield turnkey electrical projects and has expertise in designing and constructing high and medium-voltage substations and developing power distribution solutions for utilities, government, data centers, industrial, and commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Minimum of a BS degree in engineering from an accredited institution with minimum of 3 years electrical engineering or electrical design experience OR an AS degree in Engineering from an accredited institution with minimum of 7 years of electrical engineering or design experience. In lieu of degree, minimum of 10 years of electrical engineering or design experience.

• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Successfully complete and maintain compliance with Eaton’s safety program and policy; This includes role-applicable portions of the EESS Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) program and any required annual re-certifications thereafter.

Benefits

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
