Responsibilities

• Assemble, connect, and construct pipe systems for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains
• Prepare the ground and dig trenches for pipes
• Align pipes and seal joints with cement or glue
• Grade trenches and culverts
• Position pipes and seal joints
• Focus on the physical installation of pipelines in trenches to create functional piping systems
