Lead Plumber

About the role

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Must possess a valid state license as a plumber.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair various types of plumbing fixtures and systems
• Perform inspections and tests on plumbing systems to ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state plumbing license
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Experience with gas and electrical systems
• Basic computer literacy
