- High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the plumbing trade.
- Some training or exposure to the other major trade areas (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, carpentry) is preferred.
- Average of 5 years overall experience in general maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.
- Familiarity with the latest methods and technology as it applies to building maintenance and repair.
