Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Deliver a clean, professional customer experience
• Maintain your truck inventory and job materials
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Operate independently while managing your own calls

Requirements

• Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• Residential service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional attitude and clean workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay

$100,000–$150,000+ per year

Schedule

Full-time (35-45 hours per week); shifts: Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday.
