About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Lead Plant Operator to pioneer and guide daily operations within our dynamic, high-performance production facility.
In this role, you will contribute to our safety-first manufacturing processes, ensuring excellent quality and operational flow while fostering a supportive environment for your teammates.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to safety-first manufacturing processes, ensuring excellent quality and operational flow.
- Foster a shared culture of safety by actively participating in and supporting all Airgas safety procedures and guidelines.
- Care for inventory flow of raw materials and finished dry ice products to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Advance production goals together as a team, maintaining excellent quality standards across the manufacturing line.
- Solve operational challenges with the team by identifying areas for improvement and contributing creative solutions.
- Guide and support team development, assisting with onboarding and sharing knowledge with newer operators.
- Build alignment across shifts to ensure a smooth transition of duties and clear communication of daily priorities.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, commissions, proportions, and percent
Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in a production/manufacturing environment

Pay & Schedule
- $26.50+/HR (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule: 7am-7:15 pm
Skills
Collaborative spirit, readiness to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 30lbs, eagerness to learn how to safely operate a forklift with team's support.
