Lead Physician Navigator | Las Vegas LTACH

Responsibilities

• Aids in the training and management of the business development team.
• Supports marketing efforts for Clinical and Physician Navigators.
• Makes sales contacts and analyzes referral and admission data.
• Facilitates referral conversion through collaboration with various teams.
• Provides feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders including patients, families, physicians, and payers.

Qualifications

• Licenses in nursing, therapy, or social work or significant healthcare experience in marketing.
• Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in healthcare marketing.
