About the role

Description Falls Road Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time Lead Pet Resort Attendant to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Potomac, MD.

Responsibilities

• Play an important role in pets’ lives by providing exceptional care and comfort throughout their stay.
• Combine hands-on kennel and pet care responsibilities with supporting daily operations.
• Serve as a key resource for the team.
• Partner closely with hospital leadership to help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every pet.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Professional animal handling/husbandry experience required.
• Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Pay

The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. An expected starting range of $22 – $25 / hour is negotiable based on experience and credentials.

Schedule

Full-time position, working 30 hours or more per week.
