Lead Person-Seating Division

Plant 11 in Leitchfield, Ky, an OFS company, is currently seeking a Lead Person for the Seating Division on our day shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high quality products. Essential Functions Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Supervise and coordinate the daily production schedule Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards Train and develop team members Collaborate with all levels of management and departments Maintain Lean Manufacturing Standards Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment and quality principles Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
