About the role

Are you an organized supervisor with a knack for systems and symmetry? Are you good with people and experienced with material inventory processes? If so, consider becoming a Team Lead with U-Haul.

Responsibilities

• Train new team members.
• Perform assembly spot-checks.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory.
• Use the computer to track inventory.

Requirements

• Regular attendance is essential.
• Familiar with computer operations.
• Familiarity with every area of the inventory process.
• Forklift certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul and will train).

Qualifications

• The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or irritant chemicals.
• May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
• The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
