About the role
This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner across HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, service quality, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Map and optimize end-to-end workflows to eliminate friction and speed up execution
- Diagnose root causes of process bottlenecks to identify issues effectively
- Establish scalable standards for documentation and governance across teams
- Translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements with the People Systems team
- Apply practical judgment in using AI tools or standard automation appropriately
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure process impact post-launch
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams during design workshops
- Lead change management initiatives to foster adoption and clarify roles among teams
- Elevate team fluency with AI through hands-on learning and practical experimentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in People Operations, HR transformation, or management consulting within growing organizations
- Strong working knowledge of Workday, able to translate process issues into solutions without needing to build them
- Practical fluency with AI tools and workflows, capable of designing and prototyping AI solutions for real-world applications
- Strong systems-thinking capability to align strategy and operations with tech and data insights
- Skilled facilitator, adept at guiding workshops with diverse stakeholders to achieve consensus and clarity
- Ability to shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution of proposals and solutions
- Clear communicator, able to distill complexity into comprehensible technical requirements
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
