Lead Patient Transport Worker - Full-Time

The Patient Transport Worker Lead is responsible for safely transporting patients, belongings, medical records, medications, specimens, and hospital equipment within and outside the facility using various transportation methods such as wheelchairs, stretchers, beds, carts, and vans. Key duties include providing excellent customer service, assisting patients during admissions and discharges, and adhering to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and hospital procedures. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, CPR certification within 90 days, and strong communication skills in English. Ability to apply basic math, work under time constraints, and follow detailed instructions are essential. Preferred candidates will have experience in a healthcare environment, a safe driving record, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
